What Our Membership Plan Includes

Every member receives the same core preventive coverage for a full year. Your membership fee already covers your routine cleanings and exams, so you owe nothing extra at those visits.

Here is what your yearly membership covers:

• Exams: two periodic exams, plus one emergency exam with an X-ray if you need it.
• Cleanings: two professional cleanings, or three cleanings on the periodontitis plan.
• Fluoride: two fluoride treatments to help strengthen enamel against decay.
• X-rays: yearly bitewing X-rays to check the surfaces between your teeth.
• Screenings: two oral cancer screenings performed during your covered visits.

Beyond that preventive care, members take 15% off all other in-house treatment. That includes fillings, crowns, implants, dentures, in-office whitening, SureSmile clear aligners, and more.

Membership Pricing and Yearly Savings

We offer three membership tiers, and your first exam determines which adult tier fits you. The Adult (Healthy Mouth) plan is $350 per year for patients age 13 and older, a $645 value. The Adult (Periodontitis) plan is $799 per year, a $1,080 value, and includes a third cleaning. That plan does not include scaling and root planing.

The Child plan covers ages 6 to 12 at $299 per year, a $565 value. The savings show up quickly on treatment. A crown that normally runs $1,550 costs a member $1,318. A $2,000 implant drops to $1,700, and a $3,900 bridge drops to $3,315. Preventive visits that would otherwise cost $70 to $190 out of pocket come to $0.

How the Plan Works

After your first exam, we diagnose you as either a healthy mouth or periodontitis, then enroll you in the matching plan. From there, our team applies your discount automatically at each visit. There is nothing to file, nothing to pre-approve, and no claim to wait on.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and renews yearly at your choice. The plan is non-transferable and non-refundable, and it cannot be combined with insurance or other offers. Discounts apply to in-house services only. Scheduling your covered appointments within the 12-month term is up to you, and unused visits are not refunded, so we recommend booking your cleanings early in the year.

Who Should Consider a Membership Plan?

This plan makes the most sense for patients with no dental benefits, patients whose employer coverage ended, and retirees on Medicare, which does not cover routine dental care. Nationally, about 21% of adults ages 19 to 64 have no dental benefits at all, and skipping preventive visits to save money often costs more later.

Families often enroll together, pairing a child plan with an adult plan to keep everyone on a regular schedule. If you need larger treatment and want to spread payments out, you can combine the membership discount with our financing options through CareCredit, Cherry, or Sunbit. Patients who already have dental insurance should stay on their plan, since the two cannot be used together.
